Guest-room automation that guests actually notice
Most hotel automation is invisible in the worst way. Three decisions separate a room that feels considered from one that feels confusing.

The failure mode in hospitality automation is not technical. It is a guest standing in the dark at 2am pressing an unlabelled glass panel.
Three decisions
- A welcome scene on entry, so the room is never dark on arrival
- One obviously-primary control by the bed, not a grid of equals
- A physical, labelled master-off, because guests do not read overlays
None of these are expensive. All of them are decided at design stage, and none can be retrofitted cheaply after the panels are in the wall.
